The same metrics the NBA uses to evaluate prospects — adapted for developing athletes ages 13 and up.

We've collaborated with youth combines tied to Jr. NBA programming, NBA teams, and NBA players. Those collaborations have shaped our evaluation protocols — and our understanding of what elite physical development actually looks like at every level.
Every participant is tested across the same physical measurements and athletic performance tests NBA scouts use. We bring that evaluation standard to youth athletes so they can understand where they stand and what they need to develop.
Every measurement is captured digitally, processed against benchmarks, and delivered to the participant in a detailed individual report.
The report includes the participant's raw measurements, percentile rankings by position compared to other participants in our program, a breakdown of structural traits (largely outside your control due to biology) versus trainable traits (what you can change), identification of priority development areas, and evidence-based recommendations grounded in research and best practices for youth athletic development.
A data-driven evaluation with a structured output designed to guide long-term development.
Reports are available in English or Spanish. Specify your preference when registering, before the event.
The evaluation isn't just about collecting numbers. Every event includes an educational session where we explain to players why data and structure matter in their development.
We walk participants through the difference between playing and developing — why tracking measurables, setting specific goals, evaluating progress honestly, and adjusting based on evidence is how elite athletes are built.
We encourage every participant to adopt a STEM mentality in their training moving forward: observe, measure, analyze, adjust, repeat. The same disciplined thinking that drives science and engineering is what separates intentional development from just showing up to practice.
Our methodology is based on published, peer-reviewed research written by our founders. Copies are available to participants upon request.
Each participant walks away with a clear, honest picture of where they stand physically — and a concrete development path.
Open to male and female basketball players, ages 13 and up. No minimum skill level required — we evaluate physical attributes in the context of basketball.
Whether your player represents your school or is already on a competitive AAU team, the evaluation gives them a clear, honest picture of where they stand physically and what a structured development path looks like.
Currently available for organized programs with a minimum of 10 players. We work with AAU teams, school programs, basketball academies, camps, and larger youth organizations. Individual evaluations are not available at this time.
All staff administering evaluations follow a standardized protocol and receive training before each event to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a professional experience.
Each price covers the full evaluation, the educational session, and the individual report.

Affiliations. We are not affiliated with the NBA, the NBA Draft Combine, or any NBA team in any formal capacity. Our collaborations with Jr. NBA, the Bulls, the Magic, and Myles Turner have been project-based — we are not in any ongoing formal agreement with those organizations or individuals.
No predictions. We do not predict whether a participant will make it to the NBA Draft Combine, get drafted, or play professional basketball. No evaluation can make that prediction honestly, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Data sharing. Participation does not mean a player's data is shared with the NBA. This program does not constitute promises to any future opportunities.
Developmental targets, not expectations. Youth participants should treat these reports as developmental targets — not expectations for their current age. Our research uses NBA Draft Combine data as a target. Actual NBA Draft Combine invitees are typically 19–22 years old; using their numbers as a direct comparison for a 13-year-old is not accurate, nor recommended.
